Normally you only have to watch for 1 hour . Might be longer if they run out of keys , but most times it still counts even if they do run out and keys will be added yo your Twitch inventory or the sight they linked once they refill.

I watch the second hour. I only have some extras, and I still don't have the key to the game.

Yeah was my bad . You have a chance to win a key ever hour you watch and their is 7 chances . You win a prize or hat every hour you watch with a chance of a key drop
