After players encountered and reported huge performance issues with the game during its closed beta test, the developers decided to just remove the drm protection system so that players could fully enjoy the game.

I'd say that the entire world know Denuvo ruin performance on games since years, except from them.

The bad thing in this story is that they're not a big studio and will probably lose a lot of sells because of their choice, the good news is players will be able to have a great experience playing it.
