GTA 6 Is Coming — Is Your Alienware Ready for Vice City?

After years of leaks, two trailers, and more hype than almost any game in history, Rockstar's magnum opus is finally almost here. GTA 6 takes us back to Vice City — a stunning, sun-soaked reimagining of Miami set in the fictional state of Leonida. For the first time ever, you'll play as a female protagonist, Lucia, alongside returning fan-favorite Jason, in what promises to be Rockstar's most cinematic story yet.

But here's the thing PC gamers need to know: this game is going to be a beast to run.

Rockstar's upgraded RAGE engine brings real-time global illumination, insane NPC crowd density, and ocean physics that have never been seen in gaming. Analysts and hardware testers are already projecting you'll want at minimum an RTX 3060 / RX 6600 XT for 1080p — and if you're chasing that silky 1440p 60fps experience in Vice City at night with full ray tracing, you're looking at an RTX 4070 paired with a Ryzen 7 7800X3D as your sweet spot.

Oh, and start clearing storage now — 150GB+ is the expectation.

The good news? If you're rocking an Alienware machine, you're already ahead of the curve. Aurora R16, Area-51, and m18 R2 owners — Vice City is calling your name.

Console launch: November 19, 2026 | PC release: TBA (expected 2027)
