The new achievement page (whenever that got changed) doesn't seem to retroactively award progress. That leaves e.g. the achievements "Reach Tier 2,3,4,5" in the level up tab as unobtainable when you were already at tier 5 when this was introduced. Same issue with the artifact upgrading achievements, I think I upgraded too many beforehand to obtain achievements like "upgrade 7 artifacts". Would be nice if this and whatever other issues that come from the lack of retroactive attribution would be fixed.
