Another Quick Achievement Question: Do watching an Hive\Nexus strems count toward the total time even after finishing the daily task?

Is the Discord Poll Achievement broken? I voted on my second poll, i get the message that the vote is counted but no achievement is awarded, it say it need only one.

I voted on my first Discord poll and i may be stupid but... the poll consist in 4 buttons, the first is a "red square" and the other show the numbers 1-2-3, nothing else, no question or explanation, nothing... i'm missing something?

Achievement "Steam: Play 10000 Hours" ... Can someone explain this? 10K hours are an enormous amount, already something that i don't like to see in achievements cause it's really exaggerated, but here i don't even know how to read it. It won't be the normal time or i would have got the 2500K hours so... it's broken and i can simply forget about it or is tied to quests and events here and i can still give up on it?
