This site is lagging big time the last month or more. Am I the only one with this problem or is it a new feature?

Pn 295 Contained Battery Should give me 6 ARP (not fully upgraded yet), but the ARP displayed on my control center is still 15 and 25? Do I get the extra and its just not displayed or is there something wrong with that artifact?
