How is "Participate in Community event" still not unlocked when I have 49 hours logged in it?

The Marvels Steam Community Event at risk! No free 5 fragments if we fail. Press Play to run the launcher and KEEP IT OPEN while your PC is ON till we reach the goal/the event ends. You don't even have to launch the game after that. Steam will still count hours as played.
