Unable to replace the artifact that I equipped on 4th May. Tried changing the region in url to na, eu, in, etc. Also tried without the region. What to do now?

Is anyone else facing trouble with the logout button? Whenever I click it, I end up back on the home page, but I'm still logged in. Even after refreshing the page, I remain logged in.

Is there a relay post/forum post where we can share the bugs we encounter to help the devs in quickly fixing them? I see individual posts about bugs but not a centralised place on the website where we can list them down.
