Anyone else showing Day 3 - Drag N' Drop - Fruit for the 2nd day in a row?

Received my Alienware Rewards ARP order and they shorted me an item! What can I do? I ordered both plush items, but only received the keychain. Is the anyway to contact the new fulfillment company or am I just out 1200 ARP for the larger Plush?
