After creating your account and completing your profile, you now have an alien avatar - welcome, fellow gamer!
By selecting the cog on the upper right of your screen, you can select "Profile" where you'll be able to view your Relays, see your Artifacts, and view your Achievements on the site.
Start getting connected on Relay! There were 3,187 Relays last year, and 258 users who submitted screenshots of their favorite games for the Relay Challenge. It's a busy world out there - go chat with your community!
Now that you have an active account on AWA, you can claim keys from giveaways and enter sweepstakes! From early access betas to in-game items to full game codes, Alienware Arena gave away a staggering 1.7M keys last year, totaling over $4.6M!
Sweepstakes give you the chance to win some incredible hardware! For eligible countries, you can enter to win anything from peripherals to a brand-new complete setup. We gave away $24,647 worth of prizes last year, including this Warframe Skinned M16 R2 Laptop!
Still wondering what those Alienware Rewards Points (ARP) are? Let's get into it! ARP are points you'll be able to earn on the site through engaging with the community and completing tasks. AWA users can earn ARP daily by spending Time on Site, logging in consecutively, and completing the Daily Quests.
To see the status of those quests, select "Control Center" under the cog wheel.
As you earn more ARP, you'll unlock new tiers. Higher tiers mean more rewards!
Double power: Daily login Streak & Time on Site
This is the easiest way to get your ARPs! Just visit Arena every day (make sure you are logged in!), spend a few minutes browsing (that Relay feed won't scroll itself!), and rack up points with minimal effort. On top of that, we sneak in a few extra rewards if you keep your streak alive and never miss a day. Head over to Control Center and scroll down to discover all the rewards waiting for all you dedicated Streak Beasts.
Adventure Awaits: Daily Onsite Quests
We have a dedicated group of Aliens churning out mini games that test the limits of the human mind. Head over to Quests and participate in this ongoing science experiment. The reward? You guessed it – ARPs!
May The Game Be With You: Gaming Quests
Be the master of your own ARP journey! Head over to Quests, scroll down, and choose a game. A mere 60 mins gets you 15 ARPs! Looking for more? Play one of our featured games for 3600 seconds and get 25 ARPs! Still not enough? Join the virtual Community Event (don't worry, no actual human interaction required) and rack up even more points! Cha-Ching!
All eyes on: Twitch
Work leads to stress. Stress leads to boredom. Boredom leads to Arena's Twitch ARPs. Watch a stream and earn up to 15 ARPs... every day... it's that simple. Head over to Control Center, scroll down, and find your next binge-watch!
The Secret Order of Extra ARPs: Discord
Psst...want top secret extra ARPs? Join the Alienware Discord, vote in polls, participate in Arena Adventures, and pretend this conversation never happened.
Users can redeem their ARP on a variety of things in the Marketplace. There's new cosmetics for your avatar, physical Dell Merch and Dell rewards for eligible countries, artifacts you can equip to your avatar to earn ARP even faster, and Game Vault!
Dell Rewards can be used on purchases at Dell.com. Once you redeem your ARP for Dell Rewards, those rewards will be deposited into your Dell.com account where you can shop to your heart's content!

Game Vault is our crown jewel! Every month at a pre-determined time, the Game Vault will open to give everyone a chance to redeem ARP for game codes! Last year, users claimed $632,340 worth of games from Game Vault.
There are even more ways to earn ARP after you've connected external accounts to your AWA profile! Connect Steam to participate in Community Events and Complete weekly Steam Quests. Last year the community played a total of 499,033 hours across 5,907 different games on Steam - wow!
Connect Twitch to earn ARP by watching Streams from any of our Partners, Alienware Hive, and Nexus. Last year, we had 53,922 users tune in to watch their favorite streamers!
Connect Discord to participate in Discord Polls and take part in the Discord Adventures! You can also chat with your community, reach out about a support question, and get alerts when Alienware is live on Twitch!
