Reward Expired - So Annoyed
I had $75.00 in Dell rewards points expire. I'm pretty sure they used to send out emails saying you have points that expire on this date. This time I received no emails. I called Dell's "customer service" and they never did answer if they send out emails or not, and told me there was nothing they could do.
I was saving my rewards points to make a purchase this month, but now I have to reconsider as it will cost me an extra $75.00 out of pocket.
