Captcha for the puzzle keeps failing and there is no reason for that since I don't use a VPN or anything like that - I can't have access right now to any other connection apart from a public wi-fi in my building. My hotspot with smartphone internet refuses to work on laptop and I can't work why

I can't start the Fortnite puzzle using the Wi-fi from where I am located, and the game is impossible to be started from phone. Does anyone here have a workaround for that issue of "security check fail"? Seems a captcha problem

I got the tutorial +2 Twitch ARP artifact (so 17 ARP in total everyday on twitch). If I watch 15 ARP first with no artifact and then I swap the artifact, will I get +2 ARP (summing up to 17 ARP)? Or I need to start watching twitch from 0 in order to grab the +2 extra?
