Why does it take Twitch an hour to log like 2 minutes? I'll be watching for an hour and the little alien button will show like ten minutes. Is there a fix for this?

This is a ongoing problem and has been for sometime, best to try not near the refresh time (later in the day)

As to why: from what I can tell the servers get overloaded by too many people questing at once right after the reset, so a lot of pings get dropped and never processed by the server
