(This has probably already been discussed), for USA Dell shoppers, has the points redemption and conversion to Dell dollar changed?
Used to be you could just "apply" points at checkout and they would immediately convert to dollars.
Don't see that happening now.
Is there a change and a workaround?

Everything was the same a couple of weeks ago. I had some points that were about to expire, so I picked up a Soundblaster soundbar w/ my available points and applied them at checkout. No problems. Soundbar arrived on Monday.

Worked great for me about a week and a half ago. I had Dell Rewards expiring in less than 12 hours. I picked an item well above the points value & applied them, then changed my mind & canceled before completing. They converted to dollars.

It worked for me. I put something that is more than my point balance hit apply and left checkout
