Does anyone know if Dell removed its rewards? Google was not helpful, and at the moment I cannot get ahold of anyone from their site. It is mostly cluttered with useless AI help. The rewards page is blank, and AI tells me I do not have a balance (which I saved over $100 and my expiration was in July). The checkout page also does not offer the option of using rewards. I mostly do the Alienware dailies for the Dell rewards and spend my ARP on them.
