Something reason i active It Has My Face on my steam but in activations say "It Has My Face for Beta Testing" so isnt the full version???

ITs full version. Those are labels steam gives certain keys used for promotions. You get the whole game with it.

Sometimes if you get a key for a beta test, eventually you get a the full game. But good question to be sure, nonetheless. You should check if you got the full game.
