Does anyone knows why can't i link my steam account? I always get this error, i tried to send mail but didn't get respond.

That error usually appears if the steam account is associated with a different Alienware account already.

Thank you, i logged in with steam saw that it was linked to another account, i don't know why i didn't think that

The same thing happened to me, I contacted support, they unlinked my account and asked me for a 17-digit steam ID code after which they linked it to me
