PDT 2 PM ➡️ 1 PM

🔻Due to Daylight Saving ended, so time rolls back by 1 hour
　 which wasn't updated properly on banner
　 for people who is managing PDT time instead of UTC.
　
　 Besides that, nothing changed for people who isn't using PDT at all.
　 Same time, countdown timer is still correct. 　
　 It's just PDT people only notice.
