It wasn't 2 minutes, within 10 seconds Dune: Awakening and System Shock were claimed...it is sad that they know what people want but those are the codes they get the least of currently. I don't get as mad anymore, but I am definitely NEVER buying another Alienware product.

I doubt most members have ever bought an Alienware product. Some even openly admit that they hate Dell, but stick around here to get games.

I love AWA, but real talk: you shouldn't be buying Alienware to begin with. Their products are (mostly) fine, but -not- worth the premium price they charge for them. Buy any other brand and use the savings to buy games and skip the Vault.

Monitors are the one product Dell/Alienware does well, where you get an excellent product at a fair to outstanding price. I'll never hesitate to recommend a Dell/Alienware monitor. Everything else? Meh.

monitors are repackaged Samsung monitors, samsung charge less with a more robust warranty. yeah no i will stick with samsung tyvm

I've considered buying products several times, but I wouldn't buy them. They haven't been providing a good experience with GameVault for months, so I'm guessing they're not able to keep the products up to date and provide good customer serv
