GSC Game World released the first story-driven expansion for STALKER 2 on August 20 along with Update 2.0, and it does not appear as a separate menu item. The DLC integrates into the campaign in two parts, at two different points.

...I'm sorry, but if the image were of Stalker Ultimate, then logically it would be the full version.
