Maybe other ways too but that is how I earn them. You can check in your ARP log in control centre for when you get them if you are more active in the Discord.

You get ARP for each poll you vote on in #arena-connect. There are no other ways to earn ARP via Discord.

@jk Not true! You can also earn personal gifts from the admin, there's just no tutorial on how to achieve THAT. :D

@tessai10 too rarely to warrant a 'yes' answer. I think I saw it happen once, it's much rarer than Cartire handing out free ARP. So, no. Artifacts aren't handed out on Discord, sorry/don't worry!
