You should implement some of the Premium Rewards features for European users, since it’s pretty much impossible for us to spend ARP in the Game Vault. These are just suggestions—maybe some discount coupons we can buy on Alienware peripherals, etc. Europeans don't have Dell Rewards Points.

Honestly, I think you should speak for yourself. I know many Europeans who have no issues getting games from the vault. But I wouldnt mind getting some of those premium rewards so I do agree with you there.

DRP is available here in Germany as well, but there are no games in the Dell store like in the US and for hardware, you have to pay at least 100 € (can't get stuff for free).

AWA wants to give same rewards to everyone, but the world refuses to have equal laws. EXAMPLE: AWA ships a free mousepad to a nation and that nation demands a $100 customs fee, so AWA removes that nation from getting physical items. 😞
