No matter what active twitch streamer I choose from the listing, I still get this message on Twitch itself:
"Looks like the streamer is offline. Come back later or check the active listings on Alienware Arena to earn ARP."
I've tried different browsers, logging on and off to no avail (

It comes and goes, eventually it works normally. Problem is AWA, not you or your browser

Pro tip: When the Alienware widget is working (where it shows it counting the ARP) pause the stream and it'll continue recording your time.
