I bought the newly listed artifact, but instead of getting the Pn295, I received the Pn 295 Unstable [Battery sic?]. Anyone else have this happen?

May I ask the perks (+? twitch) of this artifact? Is it upgradable and if it is, how many fragments does an upgrade cost? I'm new and forgive me if my questions are very basic knowledge. Thanks.

isnt it kind of nuts in grindiness? even with discount and getting it to plat with 33 fragments it would take you about 127 of grinding twitch just to break even

Ok, there definitely is a picture mismatch between the store and my account, and the name stuff doesn't help, but it does look like the artifact functions as described in the store, so the rest is just (unfortunate) noise. Thanks all.

it costs 2,5,10,16,25 fragments to get to bronze/silver/gold/platinum/interstellar and to get +1,+2,+4,+7,+10,+15 points of twitch per day
