Cannot equip artifacts on mobile

I am new but I was able to do it on mobile by clicking the cog on the upper right, selecting control center, selecting "Artifacts", and equipping the artifacts under the chaotic section. There are other artifacts which are not equipabble

You don't have any equippable (chaotic) artifacts. Buy the basic ones from https://alienwarearena.com/marketplace/?type=fragment. The achievement artifacts are just cosmetic and don't do anything.

I have chaotics, like Precious Gem but I cannot find the equip button...
