No news of my physical Alienware Arena rewards since March, contacted the support by email multiple times and received no answer, ignored at all. Now i'm going to make a post every week because i'm a bit tired... I just want a refund :\

If it's the plush, then they said there is an issue with the supplier. I'm also thinking of giving up and requesting a refund for it. 🏳️

No, i redeemed the mousepad and the lanyard. I sent multiple emails, asked on Discord, nothing. Six+ months had passed and i never got any infos, this is unacceptable. Just give me a refund and i'm ok with it.

I'm not sure posting here will help much, tbh... You should come to the Discord instead. Link your account in the settings first, it will be needed to access the report-issue channel.

Refund sent to everyone that mentioned missing merch in this relay :) You'll all be able to reclaim in a coming update and correct your address if you'd like. Orders through the new system have tracking attached and email updates.
