The system needs to be reworked. Either you increase the points per game to reduce demand, make more keys available, create more levels to address this, or even a raffle to make it fair Reminder that as much as Alienware Arena is a positive for your brand, the frustration generated by getting points but being unable to get the game advertised is a negative.

They could still further increase them when there are many of us sitting on 20K, 30K, 40K+ points for months on end.

Yeah, I agree that points do NOT need to be increased more. Who cares how many points people are sitting on? Making it cost more won't fix the problem. Instead, they should just add a new tier like you said, or add in captcha antibot ideas

Points are finite. By increasing the amount required, you reduce the demand for the game because less people will have enough points. Also you can't get the game irrespective of having 40.000 points so what's the point

@hell885 I get the frustration, but increasing points will only make it tougher for us. Bots will still run rampant and take the keys. Demand also does not reduce with higher prices, for example: pkmn cards, PS5 console price, even housing.

Of course demand reduces with price. Google "Price elasticity of demand". I don't care paying 3x more points for a guaranteed key as opposed to have 100.000 points but unable to use them.

AW can't run raffles as they would have to get (and pay for) permits in every single juristriction for every Country (and in Australia for ever state) they want to run in. How about only claiming 1 game ever 3 months? Share thenm around.
