Hey! You should be updated soon! If you're in the EU we're just running into some regulation issues getting the items shipped out for the first time, but they're all still coming!

I'm in NA and just received my marketplace items that I bought almost 3 months ago so think of it as a surprise when they finally get to you is my suggestion

We had a delay with it when we added all the EU countries (which was caused by me lol) so the ones claimed in March and April would have been delayed, but we should be getting back on track now :)

I have the same problem, i'm from Spain (EU) and bought a gamepad on 2024-03-23 and yes, i'm still waiting any notice about shipping :/ (i hope Pylawn is right)

New update: i received an email with a track number and it seems i will receive the gamepad along the next week...

I ordered mine in May and haven't heard a peep out of them. I pretty much accepted the fact I won't be reciveing it lol
