How can i add a badge or a trophy to my profile and where i can see them?

The reason they're asking about badges/trophies is because that's what it says on the achievement page. They have been removed, and the achievements are no longer obtainable.

@anonumos Pretty sure those are just achievements, not badges or trophies, but with the various languages and translations, I can see how some people might call them trophies, especially if Playstation user.
