Hey guys, is anyone else facing a glitch where they 'top' or 'Items' cosmetics don't save to the Avatar. All the other features on my Avatar personalization seem to work fine but it is only these two. I tried logging out and logging back in. But the problem remains. I reached out to the Alienware customer care and they told me that it is a developer issue. Just wanted to see if anyone else is facing the same issue.

I'm new to the Alienware community. This is my first ever Alienware PC. I had always dreamed of. I recently came across here. I have started to do some quests. But I wanted to know how can I increase my tier level? Because most of the good giveaways are locked through tier levels.
