Has the artifact from the team fortress community event been sent out yet?
If so I didn't get mine, anybody know what the procedure is to inquire about missing rewards?

Twitch ARP not working again 3rd time in the last week. Normally loging in and out takes care of it but not this last batch

How can you tell if your artifacts are working?
I have the +ARP steam quest one activated but my completed steam quest only shows the usual amount of ARP rewarded. Does a person need to document and watch your total ARP to tell?

What are fragments used for?
