Dell rewards

I can tell you how it worked when I used it, but there might've been some changes since then.

Yes, your Dell account needs to have the same e-mail address (back when I redeemed mine, I had to make a Dell account, but I think they've since made a change so when you join Alienware a Dell account is automatically created for you if you don't already have one under that e-mail address).

You can stack the rewards, and claim them all at once.

It used to take a while for them to show on the Dell account (up to 30 days they used to say, but mine took longer and took a bit of prodding), but supposedly that's since been automated and they should show up soon after you claim them in your reward section on Alienware.

Once the rewards show on your Dell account, you have 90 days to redeem the $ before they expire (so, if you're not in a rush, you might want to wait until closer to Black Friday or something before you claim the rewards on Alienware—just make sure you claim them early enough to have time to poke admins if they don't appear in the Dell account soon enough for the sale).

The rewards will be applied against your total when you checkout.

Can you explain how to stack them? I'v already clicked the claim buttom in the tier rewards section does that mean it will expire within 90 days or is it being stacked? Also i'v won dell rewards from quests which dont have any claim buttom and these get added to my account automatically once I refresh the page. So are the dell rewards from quests being stacked or they will expire in 90 days?

Stacking them just means claiming them all at the same time (some people claim them as they reach each tier, instead of leaving them and 'stacking' them once they've gained the ability to claim all of them together).

Once you claim a reward it's supposed to be added to your Dell account.  Go to your Dell account and whatever amount you see there should represent the rewards you claimed, and/or were rewarded (as you pointed out, some rewards from special events are automatically claimed for you, so you can't wait and 'stack' those unless you have other unclaimed rewards [which it sounds like you did]).

Whatever date the different amounts were added to your Dell account were, they should expire 90 days after (you should get an e-mail warning you when they expire), whether it's one that was auto-claimed for you, or one you claimed from your reward section.  As far as I know, claiming a reward later doesn't extend the expiry date of previous rewards in your Dell acount (so if you claimed a reward February 15th and it was set to expire May 15th, I think it would still expire May 15th even if you claimed another reward March 15th, and that second reward wasn't set to expire until June 15th).

(An admin is likely to give more solid info once the week starts and they're around.)

Okay thanks for the info! Also you have mentioned it takes 30 days or more for the rewards to reflect in your dell account once its claimed. So does that mean I have 60 days or lesser befour my rewards expire?

No, it's 90 days from when it shows up in your Dell account.

Okay. I dont have a Dell account, as you said one will be created automatically for me. So are the login info for my Dell account the same as my AWA?

I don't know (back when I did it it wasn't created automatically, so I'd made one manually. I've read on the forums they since started making them automatically).  The e-mail would be the same, but I doubt the password would.

If you go on Dell, choose Sign In, and then choose Forgot Your Password, it'll let you enter your e-mail address and if there was an account created for you a password reset will be e-mailed to that e-mail address.  I would create a password different from your Alienware Arena one, just in case Dell or Alienware are hacked you don't get your other account hacked.
