Seems like a problem may be on your end?
No, I'm not being mean or sarcastic or whatever, but I did get my ARP for surveys today, and same last time, and the time before that.
Contact support maybe?

I received 5 ARP in this current survey despite the steps being: 

Begin Survey

Did you buy a gaming system in the past 24 months? -> Answer No.

So, whatever issue it is, it's on your end.

I haven't had issues with other recent surveys, but this one wasn't completing for me.  I usually middle click (scroll wheel click) to spawn a new tab for links, and that's worked fine for surveys before, but I eventually tried just right click to open in the current tab, and then when I did the survey and went back to Alienware Arena it finally marked the survey as complete for me.

Edit: meant left click, but wrote right for some reason...

Find out what happened. I was opening a new tab with right click, but you need to click with left click. That's bullshit.

I had same problem, opened it in new TAB and do full survey few min of writing and searching info, wrote everything to every detail, and ARP didnt get, like i didnt do anything.

Then i try open it with LMB -> Did you...? answer NO -> GoodBye ... 5 ARP. done
