According to Koanizuka, "When activated, increases your daily Time on Site ARP limit by 1/2/3/4/5, depending on the upgrade. But The_Badger._. says that the final one is 6 rather than five.

Also, AllTracTurbo says it is the 3rd piece of the Zorathian Renaissance set. This should be the 3rd and final artifact released to complete that set. If you activate all 3, it says that all ARP earned is increased by 10%.

These character limits are annoying, lol. That is a good place to find all the info on all the Artifacts, but it's still on April Fools Joke mode. It will probably be back soon.
