Numerous contributions in the "relay" have made this clear, and once again, it's almost impossible this month to get the game you want in the gamevault. It's a split-second game and if you don't click at the right time, it's all over. In less than 2 minutes all the Warhammer games were gone. Following the security flaw exploited on its official site, Dell has since imposed a captcha and 2FA by e-mail or telephone. Why don't you do the same? (plz read next posts)

Even if my experience in the field of web development is limited, it exists and it seems to me that it is more of a management problem and a lack of internal communication that gives the Alienware website a total lack of cohesion. (...)

Decisions to modify the website are the source of numerous dysfunctions and inconsistencies that could have been avoided, but we end up wondering if there's a pilot in the plane?

Please give us a website worthy of the Alienware brand.

What technical solution do you think could change the fact there's like 20k people rushing in to get the same 1k keys? Numbers made up, but you get the point. Vault isn't broken. Vault works fine, winners exist and are happy every month.
louvelyn - 10.27.2024 12:54:54
But since ppl have *decided* that it MUST be bots, they were clicking right on the second (but surely the 20k other ppl couldn't also be doing that!), they tell each other it's broken every month to feel like victims, rather than losers.

7 posts below a bot shared their victory and folks are still in denial, lmao! "SCALPERS", sending mass requests to overflow the server. Only they can still get through & buy their GPU's, sneakers, game keys, etc. ...
MARSM4N - 10.27.2024 14:00:21
Generation TikTok isn't reading (tech) news anymore, I guess.
dreZmoL - 10.27.2024 14:04:17
@louvelyn I thought the same as you, until the Elder Scrolls Online "incident", when the Vault failed and didn't show the Redeem Button, but “TESO” disappeared anyway. 👽
TurdFerguson87 - 10.27.2024 14:23:37
As far as "bots" go, if there were scalpers, they'd b grabbing all the keys at once. In this case, they didn't. It's still a limited pool of keys, and this is naturally competitive.

This is not much different to the other giveaway page. You can at least see a counter of keys. I've said all along, I would've rather shopped for keys with ARP instead of just for the limited giveaways. Keeps the wheels greased and turning.
