Dell stole my rewards. Apparently they decided my rewards should expire a month early. So when I went to use them on a monitor purchase last week, i had about $95 missing. Turns out they had "expired" on July 31 instead of August 31 like they were supposed to.

Did you contact Dell? Are you sure you had the right date? I get emails when mine are about to expire.

I ended up trying to work with Dell's X support and after a few days of back and forth they basically told me to kick rocks. But I'd been saving up rewards to use them on a monitor purchase so I'd been checking up on it weekly.

The listed expiration was August 31, but they somehow expired July 31 instead I guess. So instead getting some of my money, they will receive none of it.
