I got up at 4:50 a.m. local in Japan, and try to get something maybe I like. and I got nothing. I found that all the time I spend on this site is wasted. I'm very disappointed. I swear I will never buy any Dell products from now on. In Japan, Mistake about time, such like this time, not allow be made. I'm a game creator. In my company, time is checked by multiple people to ensure that there are no mistakes. And this is the quality of Dell. I will never buy any Dell products from now on.

I mostly agree... but Alienware Arena is not run by Dell or Alienware. It's run by iGames - (see the "About us" link at the bottom of the page).

@mterme - I'm sure the AWA staff has noticed that higher ranked members DO NOT actually request to have their account deleted, so they're empty threats.
