what is the point of the artifact THEM ? it literally make ARP harder to earn

I actually tried to buy it knowing it was bad but it wouldn't let me. Just wanted to have it in the collection.

April's fool. As it was only 10 ARP, bought it in hope it will someday be part of the a April's fool set that inverts the bonus or make it somewhat good! :P Probably will never happen... but still worths it for completeness! :)

@anonumos - Actually, most of the set artifacts start at the Rust rank. Since AWA didn't make a new artifact for the second April Fools' Day, I assume they have no plan to modify THEM for a Set Perk in the future.
