It took me a bit over 10 months 4 years ago. Things have changed, but I've heard some people doing it in about the same amount of time recently. You have to come and do all the activities daily. It's a grind but worth it IMO.

It goes faster the more artifacts you get, and the more you upgrade them, but starting out especially takes a long time. When I did it there was recruit a friend, then they refunded badges, which counted as lifetime earned. Gone now though.

I only really started in September, despite a couple attempts before then. Not sure how much arp I had from before, but , I should hit tier 5 mid/late June, so, yeah 10 months is right.

it depends how fast you can get artifacts and upgrade them. They will speed the arp farming a lot..

Not long if you're consistent in grinding points. Took me about a year, I think, but I wasn't grinding too much in the beginning.
