I bought the top spec Aurora R16 for Black Friday, but lately it's been stuck in a cycle of BSOD and I can't keep it on for any length of time. They keep telling me it's a software issue and that I need to reinstall Windows, but it's clearly not because even the Dell OS Recovery is crashing and keeps showing completely white screens with colored blobs instead of any of the actual options. The hard drive has failed , too and I can't detect it when trying to reinstall Windows. How do I prove to that it's hw?
Looks Like It's No Longer Possible to Convert Some DRP into Dell Dollars? I logged in today because I had 3100 DRP that was expiring that I needed to convert into Dell Dollars so they could last longer, but I could no longer find the Convert button that used to be there. Instead the new button says, "Shop and Redeem." It looks like the new way involves adding something to your cart and going all the way to Checkout and select something like "Use Rewards," which unfortunately immediately converts all to DD.
