I think it's like Postal 3 in that it's auth DRM'd and the server for it is dead so currently unplayble.

Good news is there's some people working on a mod to patch that. Otherwise, it's a delisted game.

They should have done what friday the 13th the game did and let people host their own games.   I bought both of the Last Year games before they were delisted.
