Nope! They just changed the page as of 6 hours ago, as I vividly recall at the time I commented and recognized the appID that was the ID through your link assigned to the demo button; There were two of the green buttons on the page at the time I commented, the first one was a demo, the other was a paid full game. The stipulation was they added a scheme to add DLCs to unlock it's features, which also meant changing a lot of what it had, shifting around some things. Basically for now the base software is free, but it's not the full version. They just simply removed the demo version from the store. Still, I remember that at the time of my writing, the ID for the demo was on the SteamDB page since the SteamDB plugin I use revealed that the demo's ID was the same link from your post. They just made changes to convert it, but it was the demo.
