This is absolutely odd on Microsoft's part because in spite of that, you could try to enter the game's name in the search bar and there are localized pages for it implying it exists (or once existed) and somehow it doesn't when you go to it.

EDIT: Crawling around Reddit, it appears this was a pricing error, resulting in all the pages being taken down. Speculation is that licenses would be retroactively revoked. Appears it wasn't supposed to be free, and the game isn't released yet, as it's only currently on pre-order for $30-$40, depending on the platform.
